Welcome to the World of Chinese Landscape Painting

Date & Time: Thursdays on April 18, 25, May 2, 9, 16, 2024, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.

Student Level: Whether you're new to painting or have some experience, our classes welcome everyone. Immerse yourself in the captivating world of Chinese landscape painting at your own pace. We provide fresh materials each session for continuous learning.

Location: Join us in person at the serene Confucius Institute campus, 1 Marchhall Crescent, Edinburgh, EH16 5HP. It's the perfect setting to unleash your creativity.

About the Teacher:

Your guide through this artistic adventure is Chi Zhang, an experienced instructor renowned for her expertise in Chinese brush painting. With accolades such as being featured in the BBC documentary "The Art of Chinese Brush Painting" and shortlisted for "Sky TV Landscape Artist of the Year 2015", Chi brings a wealth of experience and passion to her teaching.

Experience the magic of Chi's acclaimed work, which graced the iconic Edinburgh Castle during the 2015 Military Tattoo.
