Meet at the Statue of David Hume, outside the High Court on the High Street/ Lawnmarket. Your guide will lead you through closes and wynds, entertaining you and unsettling you in equal measure with tales of the dead. After that you'll be led into The Banshee Labyrinth, Scotland's Most Haunted Pub where you'll take part in a theatrical seance in the vaulted cinema room - despite its comfortable appearence, the cinema is one of the city's Vaults forming part of the Underground City. After the show, have a look around the vaults and corridors of the venue, relax with a drink.
The show will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Tickets must be bought online ahead of the tour as there are no on-street sales. The tour is strictly over 18s - ID may be requested if you are fortunate enough to look younger. Photography is permitted but not flash photography or video recording. Tickets are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled. If you miss the tour start time, you should head to the Banshee Labyrinth for 5pm to still experience the seance show as the guide won't be able to wait for you, but the first story takes place by the starting point.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
