Celebrating a decade of environmental impact and community climate action, SHRUB Coop is excited to announce its upcoming Sustainable Fashion Show and Ceilidh Fundraiser for the United Nations Day of Zero Waste!
The event will take place from 2pm to 8pm at Stockbridge Church on Saturday the 30th of March!

Delve into interactive stalls that vividly showcase the remarkable achievements of SHRUB Coop
Witness a captivating display of repurposed and recycled clothing during the Sustainable Fashion Show
Win fantastic prizes at our raffle, kindly donated by Lighthouse Books, Dance Base, The New Leaf Co-op, Dunedin Fencing Club, Meadowlark Yoga and many more
Indulge your taste buds with delicious vegan treats provided by the Vegan Café
Dance the night away by joining the Ceilidh
All proceeds from ticket sales will directly contribute to running our key projects including the Food Sharing Hub, the Swapshop, the Wee Spoke Hub, the Vegan Café, and our Workshops & Events programme.
As an organisation that relies heavily on grants and donations, the fundraiser will provide an opportunity to learn more about SHRUB Coop and support the wonderful work that goes into creating a world without waste!
Full Day Tickets Include:
14:00 Early Entry
14:30 SHRUB Presentation
15:00 Sustainable Fashion Show
16:00 Break + Raffle
18:00 Ceilidh
Individual tickets are available for the Fashion Show (15:00 Entry) and Ceilidh (18:00 Entry). Food and access to stalls will be provided with all ticket types.
Access Notes
Stockbridge Church can be accessed through the main front door. For those needing wheelchair assistance, the venue is fully accessible by the side door on the north entrance which provides access to all areas. Hearing Loops are installed in the Auditorium.
The venue is located near bus stops served by the following routes: 23, 24, 27, 29, 36 or 42 from George Street (with an additional 7 minute walk along Hamilton Place). There are limited on-street parking spaces in front of the venue. Parking is payable between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday at £2.50 per hour.
