Join three specialists for a discussion on the writing of women doctors, past and present at Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh on 26th June!
About 150 years of women writing medicine
They will explore the anonymous newspaper articles written by Sophia Jex-Blake, leader of the Edinburgh Seven. They will also discuss the controversial writing of eugenicist and birth control advocate Marie Stopes. Finally, we've got a 21st century bestseller - one half of the writing duo known as Ambrose Parry, sharing her experiences.
