About Alexander Technique Workshop
The theme of the workshop will be performance and how to keep calm and connected to yourself while interacting with others.
Over the course of 3 hours we will explore how the Alexander Technique can help us to keep our cool under pressure. There will be discussion, there will be interactive games, there will be a healthy dose of lying on the floor. All in all it’s set to be an engaging and easy time.
This workshop is for anyone at any stage of their Alexander Technique journey.
