We are Get Talking Spanish, a small team of highly qualified and experienced native Spanish teachers looking to promote early exposure to Spanish, the second most-spoken language in the world, amongst children in Edinburgh, as well as helping those children being raised bilingual preserve their heritage language.
We will be hosting an Open Day on February 9th at Morningside Parish Church from 1pm until 4pm, aimed at those with children between 5 and 12 years of age who would like them to learn Spanish in Edinburgh.
Location: Morningside Parish Church (Braid Hall), 2 Cluny Gardens, Edinburgh EH10 6BQ
You will get a chance to meet us, learn more about our classes for primary children, have a look at some of the resources we use during our sessions and ask us any questions you might have.
And more importantly, YOUR CHILDREN will get the opportunity to do the same, so you can all decide whether our classes are right for you.
We welcome children with or without previous knowledge of Spanish, and carefully consider age, developmental stage, proficiency, and literacy skills to create personalised language groups. This ensures an enriching experience where activities are not just educational but also fun, challenging, and highly stimulating. To learn more about our groups and which one would be the best fit for your child, come meet us during our Open Day.
Attendance to this event is free, however availability is limited as we want to ensure that we have enough time to talk to each and every one of you.
If you have any questions, or if you can't make it to our open day but would still like your child to learn Spanish with us, do not hesitate to contact us at hola@gettalkingspanish.com
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
