A Warm Welcome: Begin your evening with a handcrafted Lochlea whisky cocktail upon arrival.
Gourmet Dining: Savour a meticulously curated 5-course menu, showcasing the finest local ingredients and classic Scottish flavours, from West Coast Cullen Skink to Crispy Venison Wellington.
Exclusive Whisky Tasting: Experience the unique flavours of Lochlea whisky with a guided tasting to complement your meal.

5 Course Menu:
Amuse - West Coast Smoked Haddock Cullen Skink, Ayrshire Bacon Crumb.
Starter - Lined Chicken and Haggis Terrine, Neep and Beets Chutney, Potato and Thyme Bread, Whisky Cream Sauce Puree.
Main - Crispy Venison Wellington, Braised Red Cabbage, Pickled Berries, Port Jus, Crispy Heritage Kale.
Cheese - Dunlop Cheddar, Whipped Arran Blue, Heather Honey, Fruit Cake, Coffee Grounds, Fig, Oaties.
Dessert - Sticky Toffee Pudding, Whisky Butterscotch Sauce, Oat Brittle, Honeycomb, Cranachan Ice Cream.
