Cinnamon is a delightful, aromatic spice which adds a sumptuous flavour to our stews, hot drinks, biscuits, cakes and curries.

How does it grow? How is it harvested?

Annabel Allen who runs a wild, organic cinnamon and coconut farm in Sri Lanka will reveal insights into organic Ceylon Cinnamon.

Come to taste cinnamon tea.
