The Edinburgh Studio Opera will be performing excerpts from Semele and other opera classics on 2nd December at Reid Concert Hall.
About ESO in Concert
The ESO company perform excerpts from Semele with other selected opera classics. Conducted by Leopold Florescu.
Edinburgh Studio Opera will be performing excerpts from Semele, including chorus pieces such as "Avert These Omens" alongside arias and duets from the opera. In addition the company will perform other opera favourites.
Edinburgh Studio Opera is the only student led opera company in the city. Previous members of ESO now perform on the national stage with companies such as Scottish Opera and Garsington Opera, among others.
