Into every generation, a slayer is born: one girl in all the world, a chosen one. She alone will slay the vampires, the demons, and the forces of darkness. But how many, exactly?
Have you ever wondered how many vampires Buffy slays in Sunnydale? And how many of those does she stake with a pool cue? Who is the most harmless Scooby, and whose murders do we let slide? Is it possible to find the most average death on the show? Crucially, is Buffy the Vampire Slayer the best vampire slayer in Buffy the Vampire Slayer?
Ben Lund-Conlon has done the research: he has counted every single death depicted, reported, referenced or implied in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, created a (colour-coded) spreadsheet, and he is here to present his findings. Expect pie charts, line graphs, tree maps and flow charts.
This is a comedy show about death, Buffy, and statistical analysis.
“An utter delight” ★★★★ - Broadway World
“Breaking down a 90s TV show for statistical analysis shouldn’t be this funny. Five-by-Five.” - clownster.co.uk
