Created by Angus MacPhail and Andrew Stevenson in 1999, Skipinnish is at the very top of Scotland’s vibrant Celtic music scene, and the band is riding an ever-growing wave of popularity. As a traditional Scottish group, singing primarily in English, the anthemic songs and rocking bagpipe-led tunes of Skipinnish have led to an impressive track record of hits and sell-out shows across the country’s biggest and best music venues.

Following its recent tours and sell-out gigs in England, the award-winning contemporary Celtic band’s popularity has rocketed south of the border, demonstrating the fact that the appeal of its music is universal.

Former Runrig guitarist Malcolm Jones has been announced as the first guest artist.
