RSCDS Scottish dance classes for Young Dancers (P5 and above) -Saturday mornings
The RSCDS has a new class starting on Saturday 2nd September. Aimed at P5 and above we hope this class will allow young dancers to continue dancing as they head towards High School.
About RSCDS Scottish dance classes for Young Dancers (P5 and above) -Saturday mornings
As our young dancers gain more experience, they will develop their knowledge of Scottish country dance formations and steps while continuing to expand their knowledge of dances.
Venue: Greenbank Church Upper Hall, Braidburn Terrace, Edinburgh, EH10 6ES
When: Saturday mornings
Time: 10.15 - 11.00am
Cost: 2 weeks free, with no obligation to continue
Guidelines:
Dancing can be energetic so wear something comfortable and easy to move in
Scottish country dancing shoes are very soft and comfortable and can be bought from most dancing outlets and shops. Before you buy shoes, you might prefer to come along to the class in soft soled flat shoes (trainers are ideal)
Please bring a drink with you as dancing makes you very thirsty!
