About Thundermoon: EP launch
Thundermoon are an Edinburgh based synth-wave, dance-punk, electro-queer trio.
Three pals bringing you retro riffs with punchy lyrics to sing along to. Their DIY electronic drum beats are carefully crafted into the wee hours with the help of many cats. Songs to drown out capitalism and dance in the forest with your pals to.
The launch of Thundermoon's deput EP 'We're Still Here' is at Leith Depot on 22nd September 2023, with special guests, Lisa Fanenn, Elsie Macdonald, Sha Rivari.
We’re Still Here is about the end of the world, but in a slightly hopeful way, with themes of queerness, mental health, the apocalypse, the decaying capitalist hellscape, friendship, community, and solidarity.
