About Self-Defence workshop for women
The fitandhappy self-defence workshop is for women and girls aged 12+.
We teach you how to recognise and avoid dangerous situations. We will also teach you how to defend yourself if you are attacked.
You will learn how to keep calm and be strategic about your response.
Our workshop is run by Amanda who is a Shotokan Karate expert.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
