Powderhall Bronze Editions is pleased to be showcasing a group exhibition including works by a variety of local artists and craftspeople this Summer season.
About Powderhall Bronze Editions Summer Exhibition
From large outdoor cast bronze sculpture to small coffee table pieces, the gallery will be filled with a wide range of bronze sculpture as well as other unique artworks and handcrafted furniture pieces.
Powderhall Bronze Editions gallery is an extension to Powderhall Bronze Fine art Foundry which has been casting bronze sculpture in Edinburgh for the past 34 years using lost wax casting and sandcasting techniques.
Notable works cast in the foundry include 'Really Good' by David Shrigley, The Fourth Plinth, Trafalgar Square. 'Your Next Breath', by Kenny Hunter, Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. 'Lulla-Bye' by Andy Scott, Princes Street Gardens, Edinburgh and 'David Hume' by Alexander Stoddart, The Royal Mile, Edinburgh.
