Move with music, your own breath, and the energy of your own spirit as we guide you through a Yoga flow with a difference. Surrender to a truly immersive and liberating dance experience with out worry of judgement of how you move or how you look.

Using wireless headphones to help you immerse deep within your own style of movement and thought, we lead everyone on their own unique journey.

Prepare to find your own version of Bliss.

1st August 7pm-8pm - Full Moon Dance Flow, Wardie Beach
12th August 2pm-5pm - Yoga and Dance Flow, North Leith Parish Church
20th August 11am-12noon - Full Moon Dance Flow, Wardie Beach
26th August 2pm-5pm - Yoga and Dance Flow, North Leith Parish Church
