About Healing Your Inner Child (Series)
“Inner child” seems to be the latest buzzword, but what does it actually mean? How do we even go about getting in touch with our inner child, letting alone healing them?! How do we re-parent ourselves as adults?
If you’re feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, unable to work through childhood wounds, a need for perfectionism, or highly self-critical: this is the workshop for you. OR if you just want to let your inner child PLAY, join us for our 4-part series workshop, Healing Your Inner Child.
Location: Not Just Talk Therapy, 99 Giles Street, Leith EH6 6BZ
We will be covering:
free child vs. adapted child
critical parent vs. nurturing parent
somatic-based experiences to allow space for your inner-child
techniques and integration for inner-child healing
so much more :)
Workshop dates are Wednesdays July 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th @6:30pm in Leith, Edinburgh. Tickets are on a sliding scale of £40-70. This workshop is open to all genders.
