Location: Ali Bali Jewellery, 105 Charterhall Grove, Edinburgh, EH9 3HT
Dates & Times available:
Sunday 21 April - 9.30am - 12.30pm
Sunday 27th April - 2pm - 5pm
Sunday 2nd June - 9.30am - 12.30pm
The class is suitable for complete beginners as I will carefully lead you through every step required to make a beautiful bangle. I keep classes small at a maximum of 4 participants ensuring I can give everyone plenty individual instruction.
During the class I will cover:
- measuring to get a perfect fit
- adding optional personalisation to the inside of the bangle
- shaping and forming the bangle
- sawing to create a seamless joint
- soldering
- filing and sanding for a beautiful finish
- adding texture, a variety of textures is possible
- polishing
The price includes the materials to make one sterling silver bangle, approximately 15 to 20 grammes in weight.
We will have a tea / coffee break and I always have freshly baked cake to hand!
