As the launch of the West Lothian Cycle Circuit draws closer, the Linlithgow Community Development Trust are reaching out to locals to get on their bikes and take part in this historic event.
With the build of the Circuit now complete, the finishing touches are being put in place to welcome cyclists of all ages and stages to get a first glimpse and try out of the track.
Visitors can enjoy and be part of the official opening ceremony including a parade with the famous Linlithgow Reed Band procession around part of the track. There will also be a kid’s entertainer & facepainter from 1pm, cycling shops and hot coffee/bakery/sandwiches.
The Circuit will open to the public and they will be able to book sessions and enjoy a safe, traffic free environment. Whether you are a professional or a beginner cyclist, the Circuit can be enjoyed by all abilities.
Also available to book on the morning of the event is free coaching for beginner cyclists and they can be booked via www.eventbrite.com/e/west-lothian-cycle-circuit-launch-free-coaching-sessions-tickets-634572703037
