This year, guests can take home an exclusive Edinburgh Seafood Festival recipe card featuring a selection of inspiring recipes to recreate in their own kitchens.
On Saturday 3rd May, we will be joined by delicious. magazine editorial director Laura Rowe and head of food Tom Shingler at the Seafood Stage for interactive chats with our chefs.
This year’s line-up includes Sandy Browning (Ka Pao), Jimmy Lee (Salt & Chilli Oriental), Rohan Wadke (MasterChef Professionals), Teddy Lee (Maki & Ramen) and Barry Bryson (Barry Fish).

Offering fun for all the family, children can learn about the underwater world and take part in interactive activities including under-the-sea-themed face painting.
Local attraction Little Plaza will host our family zone on Level 3 with crafts, activities, magic and music for all the family across the weekend — there’s something for all ages to join in!
Children will also have the chance to meet a mermaid with two meet-and-greet sessions on Saturday 3rd May.
