Join me for an inspiring 2,5-hour long art tour around the city of Edinburgh. I designed this experience being driven to introduce you to the creative personality of the Scottish capital that in a way hidden to be discovered when the time is right.
When is the tour?
Usually on Sundays but for a group of 4+ people another day can be requested. Check the available dates in June while booking via the website below
You can join us for the art & coffee tour on Sundays 11.30am - 2pm.
What will we do?
We will then visit three authentic locations including my favourite smaller art galleries and art venues to get immersed in the world of local contemporary art. Not only that I am going to take you on a journey around the creative gems of Edinburgh but I will also be able to share real stories, moments, and anecdotes about life as an artist in Scotland. All you need is an open mind and appreciation of contemporary art and culture
We will also stop over in between locations at one of the best Edinburgh artisan coffee places to enjoy a cuppa of your preferred drink (mine is an excellently brewed flat white, for example, that I am very picky about:). This will allow us to discuss what we experienced on the day.
We will finish our experience meeting at the outstanding Arthur Conan Doyle Art and Spirituality Centre at the West End of Edinburgh. I have my studio space there so will be able to take you around (this is an optional invitation) and briefly introduce you to my own art practice behind the scene.
What locations will we visit?
I have a range of art places in Edinburgh where I regularly get my own inspiration. I will select which ones to visit on the day based on a few factors such as the weather, trending shows, and themes that might occur once we meet. I do not pretend to show you places that you won't be able to find yourself but I personally find curated art tours more meaningful since they can help you relax while diving deeper without being overwhelmed. All the venues where I am going to take you are warm welcoming and inclusive spaces for all regardless of background and previous experiences.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
