What is Your Wellness Brunch?
By attending you are helping to raise funds for Shelter Scotland in our fight for home. You will also be kickstarting your 2023 with a mini retreat for your body, mind and soul.
Your wellness brunch will start with a Pilates class, a mind-body exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. You will then hear from our keynote speaker on motivation and support, the backbone of developing your healthy lifestyle. We will finish our mini retreat by sharing a delicious brunch together.
Do I need to bring anything?
Bring along a yoga mat, and wear attire that allows you to be comfortable and to move freely.
Who is it for?
Any female looking to treat themselves to an alternative brunch experience.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
