Dress code: Smart casual, fancy dress optional

Lentil and Smoked ham Soup
Feta Cheese and Cherry Tomato Tart with Dressed rocket
Smoked Salmon and Prawn Roulade, Yellow Pepper Coulis and Pickled Carrot
Chicken and Asparagus Terrine Sourdough Crostini and Spiced Apple Chutney

Braised Beef Bordelaise with Baby Shallots Red wine and Thyme
Chicken Ballentine with Sage and Onion stuffing wrapped in Parma ham and all the Trimmings
Pan seared Cod with Celeriac puree and Wilted Greens
Roast Vegetable Wellington Rich Tomato Sauce

All served with Fondant Potato and Seasonal Vegetables
