Come relax in the beautiful space at Arusha Gallery to experience a one of a kind sound journey. This experience led by Mika Benjamin will leave you relaxed, rejuvenated, clear & aligned. Sound healing is a powerful healing modality that works on a mental, emotional, physical & spiritual level. By listening to certain frequencies our body responds by letting go of old trauma & emotions, creating a relaxed and peaceful state of being.
A wide variety of sound healing instruments are used (including gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, and monochords) to create an experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body.
Please bring a yoga mat, blankets or duvet & a pillow. Comfort is key to a deep journey.
