About this event:
Join people around the world on 11th September, 2022 to enjoy a FREE Forest Bathing walk led by Certified Forest Therapy Guides. Celebrate your connection to nature and appreciate the beauty of the natural world.
Guided Forest Bathing walks are designed to help you slow down, enjoy the present moment, allowing nature to nurture your mind and body. During a Forest Bathing walk you will be invited to see, hear, feel, smell, taste and walk mindfully.
Each nature connection experience is unique. During the guided walks, guides combine Shinrin Yoku practices with nature immersion exercises that help you open your senses and experience nature in a new way. You have the opportunity to slow down, relax, reconnect with nature and share space with others. By the end of the walk, you will feel relaxed, replenished and connected with yourself and the natural world around you.
