Guided Forest Bathing walks are designed to help you slow down, enjoy the present moment, allowing nature to nurture your mind and body.
Join us for a Forest Bathing walk at Hermitage of Braid Nature Reserve. You will be invited to take time out of your busy life and connect with the calming and health- giving benefits of nature. Forest Bathing is a practice that helps calm the nervous system and brings more balance into our lives. During this guided walk, I combine Forest Bathing practices with nature immersion invitations that help you open your senses and experience nature in a new way. You will have the opportunity to slow down, relax, reconnect with nature and share space with others. The Forest Bathing Walk concludes with a Japanese inspired tea gathering.
