As of spring 2022, Japan has partially reopened its borders to some visitors, with signs that general tourists will also be able to enter the country in the not too distant future.

If you have plans to visit Japan - be it this year or next - why not start equipping yourself with language, cultural knowledge and practical tips to help you get the most out of your trip?

Course dates: Tuesdays from 12th July - 30th August 2022

This course will cover useful language for anyone visiting Japan, including:

How to order food
How to ask for directions
Greetings and simple requests
Handy everyday vocab

On top of this, we will cover plenty of practical and cultural info, such as:

Navigating public transport in Japan
Tips for shopping and dining out
Japanese gestures
Key etiquette for travellers (e.g. for visiting onsen, shrines and temples)

All of the above will be summed up in a handy PDF booklet that you can take with on your trip to Japan!
