Practicing Pilates regularly helps you gain a stronger core, good posture, and relief from aches and pains such as backache. It is very beneficial if you sit all day at a computer or want to keep fit and healthy for taking part in a competitive sport or running event.
Mondays: 12pm - Int/Adv 12pm, 1pm, 5pm and 6pm
Tuesdays: 5pm - Beginners / 6pm - Int/Adv
Wednesdays: Int/Adv 12pm, 1pm, 5pm and 6pm
Thursday: 5pm - Beginners / 6pm - Int/Adv
