Improvers Hula Hoop Dance Class
Starting on 27th April, this block is designed for intermediate hula hoopers and will focus on twin hula hooping - moves with two hoops, based on circus style hooping.
About Improvers Hula Hoop Dance Class
Hula hoop is one of the best ways to awaken your inner playful, creative child, learning a new skill, making new connections and bringing you into your physical self.
Our hoop students say:
"Learning to hoop is such a brilliant combination of an activity that's both really joyous but also quite physically challenging. Learning a new skill and having so much fun was something I really looked forward to each week. We got active, had a laugh and also got a chance to get creative with some moves. This course is taught at North Merchiston, in an indoor space with good ventilation. Our numbers are limited to ensure a good learning experience.
