Edinburgh’s favourite folk night ‘Folksville’ returns with a festive show - our annual ‘Christmas Social’! As well as being packed with music from outstanding original singer-songwriters, acoustic musicians and poets – we’ll also have some Christmas tunes to get you prepared for festive season.
Folksville is in its 8th year, and has been a hub for Scotland's emerging contemporary folk talent. Folksville has also had the pleasure of featuring the king of modern folk, Kris Drever, and rising star Katherine Priddy - alongside folk legends such as Rod Clements.
Enjoy the authentic sound of the contemporary folk and americana scene, brought to you by hosts, and house band, Paper Sparrows.
On the Bill - Alice Faye, Amy Hill, Castle Chorus, Memphis Gerald, William Hershaw and Jamie Cook.
Accompanied children are allowed.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
