60 minute meditation class including short mindful movement with a seated 20 minute mindfulness practice – which will be different each week, optional sharing at the end of the class, reflecting for those who just want to write some notes to themselves.
Students will get to pick an affirmation card at the beginning of the class to help them set an intention if that is what they would like to do. Pyjamas are options but definitely comfy, warm clothes should be worn.
If you are a student or on a low income use the discount code 4ALL to get a £4 reduction in the class fee. I firmly believe meditation should be available to everyone regardless of their financial status.
