We invite you to explore our great city and find out more about the neuroscience discoveries that have been linked with it. Today, Edinburgh is at the forefront of neuroscience, hosting a critical mass of over 600 world leading neuroscientists carrying out basic and clinical research. Their research covers all areas of neuroscience, from molecules to man, and focuses on two key challenges of the 21st century: ‘how does the human brain develop and function across the lifespan’, and ‘how can it be protected and repaired? This self-guided walking tour was created by Edinburgh Neuroscience at the University of Edinburgh
The tour can be accessed at HERE. You will need a GPS enabled device to complete it – a smartphone, tablet or similar. It will take approximately 1 hour to complete.
