Scottish country and ceilidh dancing for those with little or no experience. You will learn some steps and simple dances as you have fun and get fit.
The first two classes are free, (with no obligation to continue); then a further 8 classes for £60.
Scottish dancing is great for fitness as regular exercise helps improve your health. All of our classes will challenge you to improve in a friendly and relaxed way.
Dance is a great physical activity to get you moving, building cardio endurance and boosting circulation. Scottish dancing keeps your brain active too!
