Step into the grandeur of Hopetoun House, where Georgian elegance meets festive cheer. Hopetoun sets the stage for a truly special festive shopping experience like no other.

Wander through the decked-out main house and enjoy live festive music that wraps you in seasonal warmth.

Explore over 50 exhibitors offering artisan crafts, seasonal gifts, local produce, and one-of-a-kind treasures. Every item has a story—many handmade by local makers—perfect for thoughtful, unique Christmas presents.

The Stables Kitchen will be serving up warming seasonal dishes and sweet treats, so you can take a break and warm up with something delicious.

Looking for lunch on the go, then visit our Food Village where we will have vendors offering handmade pizzas, hog roast, frothy hot chocolate and churros.
Charming, local, and full of Christmas spirit—Hopetoun’s festive shopping fair is the perfect way to welcome the festive season.

Ample free parking is available, and you can also explore our beautiful Grounds if you wish.
