Embark on a magical Christmas journey by stepping through our enchanted wardrobe into the frosty North Pole.
Magic Forest
Venture into the wintry Magic Forest and join Frosty the Snowman and his friend The Nutcracker for some festive games and snowball fights!
Watch out for the Grinch!
Keep your eyes open because that naughty Mr Grinch will be sneaking about, and he loves to play tricks and make everyone as grumpy as him!
Storytime with Mrs Claus
Settle down with Mrs Claus in her cosy kitchen, who will share seasonal stories.
MEET SANTA CLAUS!
Meet Santa in his living room and receive a Golden Christmas Coin, exchangeable in the Toy Workshop for a toy of your choice or a furry friend to take home from our brand-new Teddy Factory!
North Pole Post Room
Why not write a letter or draw a picture with Postman Pete in the North Pole Post Room then send it to Santa using our post box.
Reindeer Flying School
Don’t be late for class in our Reindeer Flying School where you can help Flurry teach Floss how to graduate to Santa’s Sleigh Team in time for Christmas.
Toy Workshop
Finish your journey at the Toy Workshop where can find out who’s been Naughty or Nice when you enter through our scanner. Then exchange your Golden Coin for your very own special quality toy!
Teddy Factory
NEW for 2023, we are excited to introduce our magical Teddy Factory! Each bear is easy and fun to make and can be bought with your Golden Coin. Just add some cuddly fluff and a heart sealed with a kiss for a lifetime of hugs. Then choose the perfect name for your new friend on their birth certificate to take home and share Christmas cuddles with as you wait for Santa. (Suitable for ages 3+ with a RRP of £20!)
Please allow a minimum of 90 minutes to enjoy the full experience.
