Raise The Bar Glasgow are proud to be collaborating with Bonnie & Wild during Edinburgh Cocktail week to bring you the Scottish Rum Experience.
Our guests will experience an introduction to Scottish Rum with the help of our friends at J. Gow Rum, Sugar House Rum & Ninefold Distillery.
You will also be shown how to make the perfect Mojito, a classic Navy Grog & the best Rum Punch Edinburgh has to offer.
We will be running three sessions throughout the day. Each Session costs £30 per person and that includes the three cocktails.
Session Times:
1pm - 3pm
4pm - 6pm
7pm - 9pm
Bonnie & Wild’s Scottish Marketplace is Edinburgh’s first Food Hall. Located in the St James Quarter (4th floor).
