Self-defence class (Unarmed and Armed situations) and a special chapter for women.
Self-defence is not a sport, an interest or a regular activity you can do to spend energy and improve your stamina/fitness.
Fitness is only useful if you are capable of using it when you need it.
Any aggression/street fights last 20 seconds maximum. I never encounter actions which last more than that.
Have you?
Before and during this time, you have to gather all the energy you have and remain as calm as possible.
That way, the real problem won't even start.
Self- defence starts when you demontrate confidence in yourself. In roder to get that, you have to know yourself, then you reach the self-preservation and autonomy.
Self-defence is a set of mind. This is not based on fitness and physical strength. This is based on you and if you know yourself.
This is what I would like to share with you and transfer that into who you are.
The side effect is very positive because that also brings a more relaxed day to day life.
For 5 hours Saturday afternoon.
Price £19.45
