DJ, raconteur, author, producer, broadcaster and fun lovin’ criminal, Huey Morgan – a modern day rock’n’roll Renaissance man – is many things to many people. Now after countless DJ gigs across the globe, he’s focused his DJ talent on his NYC Block Party: imagine Huey soundtracking cult Netflix show The Get Down, and you’re close, as funk, soul, disco and hip hop jams get thrown into the mix battle style.
Ahead of Huey’s set, we welcome Dat Brass. Hailing from the streets of London, and raised by its punk-jazz underbelly, Dat Brass are a high octane, eleven-piece hip hop outfit who blend anthemic horn lines, lyrical verse, pounding percussion and razor sharp scratch.
Support DJs to be announced.
