About Bookbinding and Botanicals
Join us for a creative day of printing and bookbinding inspired by our gardens. Begin the day with some sketching in the castle grounds and transform your drawings into a set of reusable botanical stamps. You will then use your stamps and a number of leaf mono printing techniques to create a collection of patterned papers. After a break for lunch you will transform a selection of your work into a hardback journal with decorative V stitch spine - a great way to bring your prints together and create a unique and usable sketchbook or journal. With artist Cassandra Barron.
All our adult workshops include a free supply of fresh coffee and cakes. Please remember to bring a packed lunch.
