My name is Sandy Forsyth and I'm the owner of Forsyth Fitness located in Edinburgh.
I've been a personal trainer for over 10 years and throughout this time I've worked with people of all different levels and abilities. I've helped lots of people get stronger, fitter and feel like a healthier more confident version of themselves.
