Body Control Pilates-trained teacher Jane Robson offers classes in Blackhall, Cramond and D Mains suitable for men and women:
- gentle, low-impact flowing exercises
- improve posture, muscle tone
- develop flexibility, balance, strength
- relieve stress and tension
