• Chef de Cuisine Emma Hanley invites you to embark on a culinary journey to her hometown of Christchurch this March through to May. A city of contrasts, snow-capped mountains meet the Pacific Ocean, lush farmland thrives beside urban innovation. The cuisine here is deeply connected to the land and sea, celebrating pure, seasonal ingredients and a respect for provenance. This menu is a reflection of Emma’s early inspirations the flavours of home, reimagined with her signature creativity and refined technique.
