Prepare to tumble into a world of magic and mixology with Somewhere by Nico’s latest themed cocktail experience – ‘Down the Rabbit Hole’ in Edinburgh.
The menu will run at Somewhere by Nico in Edinburgh at Charlotte Lane from 25th November – 5th January 2025) - with bookings starting at £45 per person.
Inspired by the magical world of Alice in Wonderland, this five-course cocktail journey is set to mesmerise guests with a series of imaginative concoctions as fanciful as the wonderful tale itself.
Crafted by Somewhere by Nico’s talented team of mixologists, guests are invited to chase the white rabbit and immerse themselves in the unique surroundings. Every sip of the cocktail experience holds a new surprise, with each drink conveying a part of this timeless story.
Whether you’re looking for a seasonal treat to enjoy with friends, or want to celebrate your very merry unbirthday, 'Down the Rabbit Hole' offers the perfect escape. For two hours, guests will be transported to wonderland through a magical journey of taste and creativity.
The latest menu will be available at all of the Somewhere by Nico venues including Charlotte Lane in Edinburgh and Byres Road in Glasgow. Running for six weeks from 27th November to 5th January 2025, guests will be transported from the ordinary and into a realm where creativity meets bar artistry.
The menu includes the following cocktails:
• Down the Rabbit Hole: Quaglia Liquore di Bergamotto, Botanical Spirit, Dill Infusion, 3 Cents Aegean Tonic
• Eat Me, Drink Me: Shanghai Gin, Pandan Infusion, Matcha, Citrus
• Who Are You?: Sagatiba Cachaca, Creme de Melon Liqueur, Creme de Mure, Mint, Citrus
• Queen of Hearts: Botanical Spirit, Cucumber, Basil, Coconut Washed Strawberry, Berry Espuma
• Mad Hatter’s Tea Party: Avallen Calvados & Cranberry Apple Riot Tea or Housemade Spiced Mulled Wine
• Optional: Cheshire Cat: Pensador Mezcal, Apple & Beetroot Shrub, Ginger for £10
