On the counter will be autumnal bakes from Midweek Recipes, including:
• Marmalade toast sponge pudding
• Lemon Madeleines
• Treacle fig loaf with Alp Blossom cheese
• Earl Grey prune clafoutis
• Brown butter and rosemary apple cake
Guests will also be able to purchase signed copies of the book, Elliott's jam, preserves and kitchenware. The bakes will be available from 8am to sell-out.
Lannan opened in Stockbridge in July 2023, and is the first bakery from Darcie Maher. It has become renowned for Darcie's signature bakes, from classic viennoiserie to custard slices, pains suisses and cardamom buns, as well as limited-run creations using local and seasonal produce. It was awarded Pastry Opening of the Year 2024 by La Liste.
