Get ready for a season of exclusive pop-up events at Edinburgh's iconic SKYbar featuring cocktails made from premium local spirit brands, with spectacular views of Edinburgh Castle and the Fife coast.
SKYBar, located atop the DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh City Centre, is set to feature a new local brand each month in an exciting series of pop-up events - each event will showcase expertly crafted signature cocktails with brand representatives on hand to share insights into the creation of their distinctive spirits, tastings, and recipe cards. As guests enjoy their drinks, they can soak up the views of Edinburgh Castle and the city of Edinburgh. Those who pre-book a table will receive a complimentary signature cocktail upon arrival.
Kicking off the summer schedule is Height of Arrows Gin by the Holyrood Distillery on 15 June from 2-5 pm, with one event per month featuring local gins, whisky, and tequila.
Event Schedule:

• 12th July (5-10pm) - Base Spirits – Lucky Liqueurs
• 4th August (2–5pm) - Loch Lomond Spirits - Champagne Piaff
• 13th September (5–10pm) - Drinksology - Ukiyo Gin
• 18th October (5–10pm) - Port of Leith - Lind & Lime Gin
• 8th November (5–10pm) - Molson Coors - Banderos Tequila
