• Join hostess with the mostess Alicia Tryde alongside some of Scotland’s biggest and brightest drag superstars at Edinburgh’s most vibrant drag brunch. Expect high energy, incredible stunts and a delicious selection of brunch favourites and cocktails galore.

PRIDE EDINBURGH OFFICIAL AFTER PARTY - 22nd June ( 20:00 till 01:00)
• After a day of marching, festivities, and spreading joy, keep the energy going with an unforgettable night of music, dancing, and community at the Edinburgh Pride Official After Party at Eve.
• Dance the night away with an incredible line up of local DJ's including DJ Mairi B Potts and Donald Dust, spectacular drag performances by Mystika Glamoor, Alicia Tryde, and Mizra Kara, a live band performance by Glasgow glam-pop collective Walt Disco.
• Look out for appearances by prominent figures from the LBTQ+ community, including Ellie Diamond, and themed cocktails and food stations.

THE CHEF'S TABLE GOES TO ITALY – June (every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 19:00)
• Virgin Hotels Edinburgh’s flagship restaurant, Commons Club, is bringing the authentic tastes of Italy to its Chef’s Table in June as part of a series of experiential dining events that aim to takes guests on an international culinary journey. Exclusively for June, Commons Club Chef de Cuisine, Emma Hanley has partnered with Stefano Battani, Executive Chef of critically acclaimed Cucine Nervi, to introduce a bespoke menu using the finest Scottish seasonal produce.

o Amuse-Buche’s of Gnocco Fritto and Tuna Crudo
o Vitello Tonnato with an Asian twist
o Ravioli with Chicken Farci, coated in sweet paprika, coconut cream and served with a warm wild garlic sabayon
o Roasted Cod, covered in ‘cacio e pepe’ cream and served with broad beans and basil salad with confit lemon skins
o Tiramisu with a 70% Dark Chocolate Mousse
o Amalfi Lemon Ice Cream Cones
• The menu has been specially curated with dishes inspired by the Piedmont region in northwest Italy, where Cucine Nervi is based.

• For just £10, you can enjoy a pint and a small plate of Chef Guilio’s Nona's secret recipe Carbonara while enjoying live DJ music.

WINE DOWN THURSDAYS – Every Thursday of June (18:30 till 20:30)
• Experience live acoustic music from talented local artists all month long, and a special performance by Taylor Swift tribute artist, MaryJane, on June 6th.
• Guests will be able to bask in the sunshine in the Eve courtyard, with the performance moving inside in the case of true Scottish Summer weather

TAYLOR SWIFT THEMED BRUNCHES – 7th, 8th, 9th June (12:00 till 16:00)
• On the 7th of June, Krystal Kleer will be kicking off the weekend with a brunch fit for a Swiftie, filled with Taylor’s greatest hits and DJ performances
• On the 8th of June, Alice Tryde will be host for the Big Boozy Brunch, an interactive experience for guests, with performances of songs from all Taylor’s albums, lip sync battles, and finish the lyrics challenges with exciting prizes up for grabs. Priced at £35pp which includes buffet starters, desserts and a la carte for the mains which includes a vast selection of seafood, charcuterie, cheese, and salads.
• On the 9th June, Virgin Hotels Edinburgh will be extending its existing brunch menu to include some of Taylor’s favourites, including burgers, chicken tenders, and a healthy sandwich option all created in true Eve style, by Executive Head Chef Giulio Morroni. This re-styled menu will also be available on 7th of June.
• Virgin Hotels Edinburgh has revamped its cocktail menu for the occasion, ensuring it has all of Taylor’s favourites renamed to match her Eras album. Cocktails include Bad Blood, Mad Woman, Cruel Summer, and Champagne Problems
• Custom Taylor themed bracelets will be created for guests during the weekend brunches, adding a personal touch to the fan experience with custom charms and colourful beads inspired by her iconic albums and lyrics.

TAYLOR SWIFT TRIBUTE HOSTED BY SHY BAIRNS ENTERTAINENT – 9th June (12:15 till 16:00)
• For the ultimate Taylor Swift experience, Shy Bairns Entertainment will perform a homage to Taylor, performing all of her hit classics making it impossible not to sing along.
• To those that weren’t able to grab tickets to The Eras Tour, Virgin Hotels Edinburgh is on hand to offer a star performance that will ensure it is a party like 1989.
• Eve will be transformed into an immersive experience, with performers singing and dancing to medleys spanning Taylor’s successful career.
• Between performances, guests will have the opportunity to embark on a Taylor-themed scavenger hunt with each winner rewarded with a complimentary Eve cocktail.
