Edinburgh, March 19, 2024 - Paolozzi Restaurant & Bar, the beloved joint venture between Edinburgh Beer Factory and renowned restaurateur Gino Stornaiuolo, has been recognised as the top destination for pizza in the capital city.
As highlighted in a recent article in the Times, Pete Irvine commended Paolozzi for its “exceptional Neapolitan pizza, curated cocktails, and locally brewed Edinburgh beers”, declaring it “superior to other offerings in the area”. He went on to label the pizza “much better than the heavily marketed Civerinos version round the corner”.
A delighted Gino Stornaiuolo, who launched the Restaurant along with Edinburgh Beer Factory in 2020, expressed his gratitude for the recognition, stating, "At Paolozzi, we are committed to delivering an authentic Italian dining experience infused with Scottish flair. Being acknowledged as the best pizza in the city by Scotland the Best guide is a tremendous honour for us. It reflects our unwavering dedication to serving up fantastic Italian cuisine with passion and integrity."
