Those looking for a spectacular start to their New Year can book Commons Club’s exclusive Hogmanay event. Set within Commons Club Restaurant, Virgin Hotels take on a modern-day social club, guests will be able to enjoy an instrumental set by jazz and funk duo, Sapphire Notion, whilst enjoying a five-course menu specially curated by Chef de Cuisine Emma Hanley. The fine-dining menu will feature high quality local produce, including Scottish Lobster, a Comte tartlet, Veal, Chestnut gnocchi and a selection of Scotland’s finest cheeses. And that’s not all, guests will have exclusive access to Virgin Hotels Edinburgh’s private rooftop at midnight to enjoy an unrivalled view of the capital’s iconic firework display with a glass of bubbles in hand.
