Treat the father figure in your life this Father’s Day (Sunday 18th June) to a bespoke whisky and artisan cheese pairing experience at Johnnie Walker Princes Street, which includes a dram of the iconic Johnnie Walker Blue Label.
Led by whisky specialists in the rooftop Explorers’ Bothy Bar, guests will be treated to a unique pairing experience representing the best of Scotland’s larder during this hour long tasting.
Those attending will be delighted by a special pairing of four incredible whiskies alongside four locally sourced cheeses, handpicked by our talented head chef.

Guests will receive a free bottle engraving on any Johnnie Walker Blue Label purchased on the day, plus 10% off purchases in the Johnnie Walker Princes Street retail store, as well as drinks in the 1820 Roof Top Bar, where together, you can take in breath-taking views of Edinburgh Castle.
