Scottish restaurant celebrates National Burger Day with limited edition special

Winners of the National Burger Awards 2019 and 2021 and home to the best burger in the UK - the infamous Top Dog, the Scottish restaurant is now launching what’s hyped to be their naughtiest burger to date.
The Big D (!t stands for ‘Big Double’ - don’t worry!) will be available for one day only at both their Glasgow and Edinburgh branches. Burger fans will be treated to juicy double smash patties with gooey double cheese, double bacon, marrow butter, brown butter mayo and onions. Twice as nice and twice as messy!
El Perro Negro Founder, Nick Watkins spoke of his excitement about the launch: “It seemed only right for us to go big on National Burger Day and give our customers what they want - a naughty and messy feast! We’ve stocked up on hand wipes and are ready to welcome Glasgow and Edinburgh burger fans tomorrow!”
The new Big D burger will be available for one day only at both the Glasgow and Edinburgh branches tomorrow Thursday 25th August, priced at £13.
